To provide the best experience for all clients and respect our team’s time, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy: ✨Appointments & Deposits Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your final service total and are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. ✨Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service(s). Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. ✨No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). ✨Illness & Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen.
